A ResourcePool could not acquire a resource from its primary factory or source

When trying to access uDeploy website received the following error:
A ResourcePool could not acquire a resource from its primary factory or source
Most probably the issue is caused by the broken database connection.

Solution:
1. Firstly, lets see if the connection is still up
./server run
If, no errors are thrown you are good to go
2. If however some errors were displayed reboot the machine and run the urbanCode launcher with run parameter again.
./server run
